Trad Night at St George's Market

This dynamic, talented trio are recognised for their skill, mastery and diversity of Irish Trad which enthrals and energizes audiences

Ireland’s most renowned Irish button accordionist Mairtin O’Connor, who began playing at the age of nine, has built a formidable musical relationship with Cathal Hayden, a multiple All Ireland winner of fiddle and banjo, along with the multi-talented Seamie O’Dowd vocalist, guitarist and song writer.

We are excited to showcase these virtuoso trad musicians alongside a host of others in Belfast’s iconic St George’s market venue.

Also appearing on the night are the traditional music trios of Niall Hanna, Rachel Mc Garrity & Damian Mc Kee and Alan Doherty, Robbie Walsh & Brendán Quinn.
